In an effort to provide our customers with the best shipping options possible we custom quote all of our shipped orders. Current variations in shipping costs can make it difficult to accurately predict the cost of shipping repurposed goods. We have found it to be more cost beneficial to the customer to provide them with personalized shipping quotes. (If you would like a shipping quote before you purchase an item, feel free to reach out to us during business hours or send a detailed message via our online chat portal.)
Shipping Quote Process:
- Select “Requires Shipping Quote” as your shipping method during checkout.
- Continue your checkout process.
- Someone from our team will reach out to you directly to gather the information required to provide an accurate shipping quote.
- Once agreed, the team member will collect the payment to cover the cost of shipping.
- Your order is now complete and we will begin processing your order and ship it to you as efficiently as possible!
Shipping Disclaimer
Standard handling time is 1-3 business days, with 5-10 business day transit times based on carrier. Palletized Items can be delivered to a residential address and lowered from the truck with a liftgate but NO FURTHER. Very heavy items may require a Forklift and Loading dock at the delivery location, we reserve the right to refuse any orders we cannot safely deliver. We DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Contiguous US only, please CONTACT US for International and other shipping options.

Custom Shipping Quotes

A team member will then contact you to gather the necessary details and provide an accurate quote. You will not be charged until the shipping quote is confirmed. Once the quote is agreed upon and payment is made, we will process and ship your order promptly. Local Pick-Up
We have multiple location across the United States. Customers can elect to pick up their items locally from one of our branches. Local Pick-ups are considered “Will-Calls” and allow customers to save on shipping cost and visually see items before they take them home. Items can only be picked up from the location they are currently housed. We currently do not offer material transfers to different branch locations.
Local Pick-Up Process:
- Select “Pick-Up at Retail Location” as your shipping method during checkout.
- Continue your checkout process.
- Your will-call order should be available for pick-up the following business day after your order was placed. (**Note: You must pick the item up from the location in which it is currently housed.)
- Visit the branch the next business day during business hours to pick-up your item!
- Go home and get to repurposing!
Customer Setup Shipping
Customers have the option to arrange their own shipping from our yard to their location by selecting “Pick-Up at Retail Location” during checkout. Since each branch has different loading capabilities, customers must coordinate directly with the branch where their material is housed. It’s important to discuss the type of truck required and the branch’s shipping hours for loading. Please note, due to limited warehouse space, materials can only be held for a short period, so immediate arrangements for shipping are necessary. Items can only be picked up from the location they are currently housed. We currently do not offer material transfers to different branch locations.
Customer Setup Shipping Process:
- Select “Pick-Up at Retail Location” as your shipping option during checkout.
- Continue your checkout process.
- Immediately contact us to inform us that you will be arranging your own shipping.
- Coordinate with the branch that houses your material to ensure the following:
**IMPORTANT**- What type of truck is needed to safely load and transport your material.
- Branch shipping hours when your material will be available for loading.
- We will work with your driver or shipping company to have your material shipped via the method you arrange.
- **IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warehouse and yard space is limited. We can only hold your material for a limited amount of time. Please contact us immediately to make arrangements to have your material shipped to you.**
General Shipping Policy
For orders shipped via…
Small PKG (UPS or FedEx): Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking. Please allow one business day for tracking to show as the email is sent as soon as the label is created. Tracking will not show until the package is picked up by the carrier. If you don’t receive your full order please double check tracking before reaching out, as products may come from different warehouses. Transit time is 3-5 business days once picked up.
LTL Pallet / Freight Shipment: Please allow 1-4 days for processing. Fragile items such as glass will require extra handling time. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking. This should give you an estimated arrival date. Transit time varies significantly. If you requested an appointment or delivery notification, the chosen shipping company will reach out to you to schedule. *Liftgate and Residential delivery are extra charges.* If you did not discuss these with your sales rep, please reach out to orders@repurposedMATERIALSinc.com, otherwise they will be billed to you directly.
Partial and Full Truckload Shipment: Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 3-5 additional days to schedule a truck. Our Logistics department will reach out prior to booking to confirm all details. Drivers are always asked to call at least one hour before delivery. Tracking is not available for these shipments. *Unloading shipments of this type are required by the receiver. No driver assistance or forklift service is available.* Drivers are not affiliated or employed by RPM, they are hired via third party.
