Customer Purchase: “The floor in my horse trailer was rusting out, and I needed something tough to cover and protect it. I picked up some of your Rubber Conveyor Belting and cut it to fit the trailer floor. It was a simple way to give the trailer a much-needed refresh and make it ready for many more trips down the road.” – Tyler in Texas

AFTER: A marine construction company got a load of W6x9 Steel Beams that they use as stringers when building boat docks on the Niagara River in New York. They use steel because the spring ice flows can damage docks if they’re not made out of steel. Tim, we appreciate your business.
BEFORE: Our W6x9 Steel Beams came from a cancelled solar farm project.

Faces of RPM: Ethan’s journey with RPM started in 2015 as a warehouse associate. What set him apart early on was his curiosity and drive to improve how things worked. That mindset quickly moved him into leadership—by 2018 he was Operations Director, and by 2020 he stepped into his current role as VP.
Today, Ethan oversees teams, warehouses, and growth across multiple regions. His days range from training new team members to planning future expansion. As he puts it: “I remember unloading my first truck and thinking we’d never sell this stuff… six months later it was all gone. That’s when I knew this business had something special.” Rhea’s story is just as woven into RPM’s growth. She and Ethan met as teenagers in Amarillo, TX, and moved to Denver together in 2015 to build their future. In 2021, after years of experience leading teams and building systems, Rhea joined RPM part-time—and quickly became an essential part of the business. Since then, she’s worn many hats across social media, marketing, procurement, and operations. Now serving as Project & Development Manager, Rhea focuses on building systems, supporting teams, and solving problems wherever they show up. Her role reflects what makes RPM work—flexibility, collaboration, and a team-first mindset. Together, Ethan and Rhea represent what RPM is all about: growing from within, staying curious, and building something meaningful—one project at a time.
