AFTER: A Texas rodeo stock contractor installed a bunch of our used Steel Highway Guardrail to build a retaining wall around his at-home bucking chute arena. Using Guardrail to build retaining walls is a common “repurpose”. Brandon, we appreciate your business!
BEFORE: We sent this announcement on February12th: We’re bringing in a whopping 100,000′ – almost 20 miles – of used Highway Steel Guardrail from Florida!! If Guardrail can stop a 75 mph car from careening of the roadway, image what other things this heavy gauge steel could do in Life #2. It never lasts long!
Inventory Update: Of the original 100,000′ two months ago, we’re down to less than 7,000′ left in inventory in Colorado and Ohio warehouses.

In The News: An abandoned Salt Mine is “repurposed” for large-scale energy storage. “A compressed air energy storage in Hubei, China, has come online, with 300MW/1,500MWh of capacity. The project uses abandoned salt mines. CAES technology works by pressurising and funnelling air into a storage medium to charge the system, and discharges by releasing the air through a heating system to expand it, which turns a turbine generator.”
